Aluminium Apex Detail with Fascia and Soffit

Aluminium Apex Detail with Fascia & Soffit

Pictured below is our recent aluminium apex detail with fascia and soffit project at a residential property in the North West of England.

Aluminium Apex Detail:

An aluminium apex detail refers to the top edge or highest point of a structure or component. This design technique is often used in roofing, either as a trim piece, a moulding, or a specific architectural feature that finishes off the top edge of the aluminium element. In terms of performance, an apex detail helps with water runoff and weather resistance, as well as aesthetic appeal and durability.

Fascia:

Forming the finished edge of a roof, Aluminium Fascia is often used in conjunction with soffits and gutters. A popular choice for durability, low-maintenance and aesthetic appeal – aluminium fascia offers a robust and long-lasting solution for protecting the roofline. Not only does it protect against weather damage and corrosion, but it also prevents mould, rot, and pests.

Soffit:

Aluminium Soffit refers to a covering that runs along the underside of a roof’s overhang, or eaves, providing a sleek, modern look and enhanced weather resistance for the rafters. Aluminium soffit is best paired with our bespoke aluminium fascia boards, which run along the vertical edge of the roof overhang. Aluminium soffits are a popular choice due to their durability, low maintenance, and aesthetic appeal.
