Thanks to our zero-joint design, our BBA approved seamless aluminium gutters only have joints at corners and end caps, guaranteeing zero leaks and ultimate protection against even the worst of weather conditions, as well as the risk of pesky corrosion.

Sectional Aluminium Guttering For Factories

Available in eight different configurations, ranging from cast and extruded aluminium guttering, to ogee and half round rain gutters, there will always be a sectional gutter profile to suit your needs at InterCounty.

Ogee Aluminium Guttering

Available in three different profiles to suit a wide range of architectural styles, our deep, broad ogee design offers approximately three times the flow capacity of a standard half round domestic plastic gutter.

• Special Moulded Ogee Guttering – A special cast aluminium profile incorporating traditional spigot fixings and facilitating a high flow capacity.
• Moulded Ogee Guttering – An extruded aluminium copy Pattern 46, one of the oldest gutter designs. Providing a high flow capacity, our Moulded Ogee Guttering is perfect for large commercial and industrial projects.
• Victorian Ogee Guttering – Based on an aluminium copy of the 19th century Victorian cast iron profile, offering a low-maintenance solution for refurbishment and renovation projects. Fully interchangeable with existing gutters of a similar section. 

Half Round Aluminium Guttering

Answering a strong demand for refurbishment and new-build projects that need a new gutter system, our Half Round Aluminium Guttering is fully interchangeable with existing gutters of a similar section and is available in four nominal widths:

• 100mm
• 113mm
• 125mm
• 150mm

All gutter lengths and angles are supplied with one left-hand cast-on socket (as viewed from the front) and all outlets are supplied with two cast-on sockets.

As well as the standard half round configuration, we also offer beaded, deep flow extruded and deep flow cast options:

• Beaded Half Round Guttering – Beaded along both top edges to enhance the standard half round profile. Uses jointing clips instead of traditional half-round sockets. Available in three widths: 112mm, 125mm and 150mm.
• Beaded Half Round Deep Flow Extruded Guttering and Beaded Half Round Deep Flow Cast Guttering – Ideal for commercial, industrial and domestic projects, the Deep Flow range not only offers a high flow capacity, but also a timeless aesthetic appeal.

Box Profiled Aluminium Guttering

Skilfully manufactured by our team of specialists, our Box Profiled Aluminium Guttering is made using premium aluminium sheet and is suitable for direct fix at 600mm centres, or for fascia bracket fixing at a maximum of 900mm centres. However, our team would recommend that you use direct fixings for additional support when working with fascia brackets – especially for larger profiles.

Expansion coefficients are incorporated into the box profiled design and additional fixings are recommended near cross bracings.

Aluminium Downpipes

Compatible with our wide range of aluminium gutters, we also offer three different Aluminium Downpipe profiles. Our innovative downpipes have been designed to transport rainwater away from your gutters and into a drainage system, working with your gutters to prevent leaks and rainwater damage occurring at your property.

• Cast Collared Downpipes – Offered in round, square or rectangular configurations, the cast collared range features a collared style diecast socket with double rings, factory fitted to each extruded length. Available with or without fixing ears.
• Aluminium Pipes with Swaged Joints – Extruded aluminium pipes with a swaged jointing system and separate wall fixing brackets. 
• Vandal Resistant Pipes – There’s no need to install expensive brick recesses – our vandal resistant range protects your downpipes from vandalism much more effectively! Designed for buildings susceptible to vandalism, e.g. schools, prisons, hospitals, etc.

Aluminium Hopper Heads

A reliable, all-rounder product, our Aluminium Hopper Heads can match with either round, square or rectangular systems. 

Functional considerations are taken into account with hopper heads that are suitable for a range of light to heavy duties.
