As a local guttering firm with dedicated designers on our staff and a keen interest in architecture, we are always interested to hear about design-related ideas and activities in the area. Gallery Oldham – the town’s art gallery and museum – currently has amongst its exhibitions one concerning plans for a future cultural hub for the community. Plans and proposals, including digital impressions of the anticipated finished set-up, involve reviving the old library and bringing it back into service as a Heritage Centre, then linking it to a brand new home for the legendary local theatre: Oldham Coliseum.
